Before you contact us for help:

• Please try re-setting your password
• Have a play with the site and see if you can navigate it yourself.
• To help us rectify your problem please make clear dot points of your actions
• Take screen dumps of the pages that are 'not working'
• Please allow up to 5 working days for someone to get back to you
• Please email back if you fix the problem before someone gets back to you.
