Being a remedila massage therapist for 13 years ,from my experience I have been discovering  and experiencing body and mind connection.Since I have learnt  Psychosomatic Therapy I have been working with balance between body and mind to get full awareness of body .

I believe balance of life helps to gain optimum healths I have studied rehabilitation exercise as allied health assistant to understand how patients could maintain quality of life through exercise.

Body Philosophy provides asn awareness of body through psycosomatic point of view ,treat with body work to release old pattern of reaction and tention from body .At the end design self care exercise to creat new pattern in client's life.I have been a lecturer for 10 years and holding own workshop regarding body and mind connection .
